Casa Vereda parte de una búsqueda interior, generando aperturas hacia un patio central que toma el papel protagónico del proyecto, creando una experiencia que se distingue por su relación con los factores naturales de un patio; luz, sombra, viento y vegetación son parte de una atmosfera que difumina la formalidad de una casa entre el espacio interior y exterior; el patio une las diferentes actividades de quienes la habitan, siendo así un testigo del crecimiento en las diferentes etapas de la familia.
El ingreso principal crea una secuencia fluida hacia espacios comunes: sala, comedor y cocina se abren completamente hacia el jardín posterior mediante ventanales corredizo; esto permite que el interior se ilumine de manera natural durante todo el día, además de permitir una conexión constante con el exterior.
El proyecto resulta en una arquitectura pensada para vivirse con el paso del tiempo, y para ofrecer espacios atemporales que llenan de significado a los que la habitan.

Casa Vereda stems from an inner exploration, creating openings onto a central courtyard that takes center stage in the project. This courtyard fosters an experience distinguished by its relationship with the natural elements of a patio: light, shadow, wind, and vegetation all contribute to an atmosphere that blurs the formality of a house, seamlessly blending interior and exterior spaces. The courtyard unites the various activities of its inhabitants, bearing witness to the family's growth through different stages.
The main entrance creates a fluid flow to the common areas: the living room, dining room, and kitchen open completely onto the back garden through sliding glass doors. This allows the interior to be naturally illuminated throughout the day, while also maintaining a constant connection with the outdoors.
The project results in architecture designed to be lived in over time, offering timeless spaces that imbue them with meaning.
